How did the size of the 20ft office suit your professional needs?
It was perfect. As a Registered Massage Therapist I need enough room for mobility around my table, a desk to write up my treatment notes, and a sink to wash my hands in. It was all there including a bathroom for my client's should they need it.
What were some of the best features that you could see in owning a space like this?
I love the idea that I can use it for anything I want, of course I would use it for my practice but outside my work it serves as a beautiful, tranquil space I can work in (or work out in) when I don't have the capacity to do so in my home. Not to mention, having a business space where clients don't feel obligated to go through my house is a bonus! I work in a clinic setting where I pay a split with the owner to cover the cost of rent and other amenities. Should I invest that money into a unit such as this it would be paid off in a year! Well worth the cost if you ask me.

How did the size of the 10ft office suit your needs as an artist?
Since I do not need much space to paint, I was satisfied with the space and found it spacious compared to what I need. If I needed to rent a business space, this option would be a great affordable option.
What were some of the best features that you could see in owning a space like this?
Quiet. No distractions. Inviting. Lots of natural light. It felt spacious, warm, with the right amount of energy to get creative with my latest project. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a painting studio as an affordable option that is at home, but away from home at the same time.

How did the size of the 10ft office suit your needs for workouts?
The size was perfect for my yoga mat and stretches. There was plenty of room to move and stretch out without feeling constricted at all - the perfect space to unwind after work with minimal distractions.
What were some of the best features that you could see in owning a space like this?
Privacy! Being new at yoga, the most difficult thing for me is closing out the rest of the world to focus on my own breath and body. This is especially difficult in a house with two other people, two cats and two dogs who think the only reason I would ever sit on the floor is to be trampled and licked by them!
