We Build Cheaper!

Updated: 7 days ago

Let’s be honest—cost drives most building decisions. While our mission is to deliver sustainable projects (and we do), we also know that affordability is the key to changing the industry. To compete in a market dominated by entrenched networks and outdated practices, we need a solution that is not only greener but also impossible to ignore.

Modular is the solution.

  1. We can build cheaper than traditional building. Modular comes in about 20% less that tradition stick build. The efficiency of factory production, bulk purchasing, and reduced labor requirements make modular a more affordable option from day one. [1]

  2. We can save you money with the way we build. Because modular components are built in a controlled environment, material waste is 30–40% lower than site-built projects. Less waste means lower disposal costs, reduced material overages, and real savings passed on to the developer. [2]

  3. We can make you money faster. THIS is the golden goose. We can get your build done 4-8 months faster than traditional builds. LOOK, we wrote a whole detailed article about hit here. That means earlier closings, quicker rental income, or faster occupancy—your investment starts generating revenue sooner. [3]

  4. We save you money with maintenance and longevity. Our builds [steel frame] are much better in climate change weather [fire, floods, wind], much stronger, and better against pests & decay. [4]

Now, of course, we are much more proud of the sustainability of our buildings. Here's an article on that. In general, our homes save 30-40% CO2 than traditional builds. Usually much more. But—we realize that for some developers this is a bonus—but for many, it’s the long-term value-add that matters most.

Let's talk bottom line.

We invite you to visit our warehouse for a tour. See firsthand how SICBS can help you build faster, stronger, greener—and most importantly—more profitably.
