"Our bounty comes from the sea!"

Our First Halloween Kickoff Party Was a Spooky Success.

What an extraordinary evening we had on October 28th! We hosted our very first (and hopefully annual) Halloween party to kick off the Chicago Build Convention — and it was a huge success.

Colleagues, friends, and partners from across the modular building industry gathered in our spookified factory to enjoy great food, drinks, and tours of our in-progress builds. The energy in the room was incredible, and we’re still glowing from the excitement of both the party and the convention that followed.

A huge thank-you goes out to our amazing partners — and especially to Off-Site Dirt Network and Audree Grubesic for her exceptional planning and the Off Site Dirt Network Co-op event coordination. It’s truly inspiring to be part of an industry filled with passionate, like-minded people committed to building better and sharing knowledge.

And if anyone is wondering why we were all pirates? It's because "OUR BOUNTY COMES FROM THE SEA" — shipping containers....get it? 🏴‍☠️

We can’t wait to see everyone again soon — and we’re already counting down to next year. Thank you all for coming… and those last minute suitcase costumes? Absolutely brilliant! 🎃
