Pre-build Planning Phase

  • Whether it be a development project, rental community or commercial structure, SICBS builds for your purpose.

  • Establish the zoning and permitting requirements necessary in your area. It's important that we start the conversation with your city to get your project approved (unrestricted land areas can skip this step). 

  • Financing your project can often be done via personal loan, commercial/construction loan, or mortgage solutions.

    Plan on renting your container builds? Call us. We can help evaluate your long-term passive income!

  • Once you've confirmed steel frame structures are the solution to your project and your financing has been determined, think about the design elements needed to outfit your container. Review our models to meet your needs, or explore our other projects for inspiration for your single family project, multi-family project, business buildings and wellness centers.

  • Get in touch with us to scope out your project. SICBS builds at a quick production rate with a full service project management team

  • Review your property and connect with a team of experts and engineers that understand where the site ends and beings, Where are the utilities and overhead lines are located for the placement of your build.

  • Make sure to build your team with a licensed general contractor, engineers, architect of record and lender.

    Understanding everyone's roles and reviewing the build schedule is key for the success of your project.

  • Understanding  the scope of work, the pre-construction team and pre-planning for your commercial project is key to streamline timelines and expectations. We welcome your team to our facility to review each part of your build be clear about the modular  process. 

Building Phase

  • SICBS provides you with a detailed invoice that includes the planned specifications of the build, labor, design and materials. 

    With your deposit received, we will add your build to our production queue!

  • You can look forward to live construction updates throughout our build process.

    SICBS proactively shares behind the scenes footage of your container build's progress. Client satisfaction is our first priority as we bring your vision to life!  

    While SICBS finishes construction on your containers in our warehouse, we will need you to prepare your land for delivery and installation.

  • When planning delivery, consider your land's access points, power wires, trees, obstacles, etc.

    We deliver via flatbed or tilt bed truck and will help you coordinate your professional placement (via crane) and utility hookups.

  • Consider having a general contractor (GC) prepare the utility connections [water, sewage, electric] prior to delivery day. That way, when your containers arrive, all that's left to do is plug in, and play!
