This month, we’re excited to welcome Tanya Christina Flores as a sales contractor helping bring SI ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) to homeowners across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Tanya is a Chicago REALTOR®, entrepreneur, and housing advocate with more than a decade of experience in real estate, business development, and community leadership. Her work focuses on helping families access housing opportunities through new construction, ADUs, and forward-thinking building solutions in communities including Cicero, Berwyn, Riverside, Oak Lawn, Des Plaines, and Oak Park.
What makes Tanya a natural fit for the SI Container Builds network is her belief that housing is about more than transactions. She works to help individuals and families create stable homes, build generational wealth, and strengthen neighborhoods—values that closely align with our mission to deliver practical, scalable housing options.
