CONSULTATION & PRE-BUILD CHECKLIST

During this time we will:​

• Get to know you and your needs

• Understand your property location/zoning laws

• Help you to customize and upgrade as decided

• Provide you with a timeline and quote estimation

4.

FINANCING & FINALIZING

We will work with you on financing your build if desired! Once this is set, a deposit for reservation and securing your container will be done. We will then provide you with an organized list of next steps.

5.

BUILD & DELIVERY

As we begin the build on our end, we will assist you in preparing for your site! Land prep, foundation (if necessary), container placement, and utility hook-ups. We will coordinate your delivery and make sure a professional will be onsite if needed to manage the placement and any finishing touches.
